Chef Martha Esquivel Introduces New Menu to La Boheme

La Boheme  is a longtime staple of West Hollywood. Recently the menu got a entire overhaul. Chef Martha Esquivel (a Chopped Champion) took over  La Boheme and basically redid everything her way.  The menu flexes between classic and Esquivel's Mexican background. Theres pork chops rubbed in a spice blend (a really good choice by the way) and cheesecake made with goat milk (also excellent). Theres also dishes like truffle potato flatbread for those who aren't adventurous. But the reason to go is to taste elvated Mexican ingredients and techniques.   Parking can be hard in Weho but they have free street parking til around 5 or so next to the restaurant and a couple of meters.
