Paul Martin's is one of the few places that would surprise me if you said it was a chain. The food is nuanced, the chefs are passionate and the staff act like they give a damn. For the holidays PM is offering a limited menu. Theres a few entrees on it but the can't miss item would be the lamb sirloin. Marinated in citrus and herbs and then grilled to a crusty perfection this may change your views on only eating lamb chops. Other items like the linguine and clams (a play of the feast of the seven fishes) are solid. But chances are anything you get at Paul Martin's will be pretty good.
