Z'Tejas a small chain that serves Southwestern dishes has launched a new summer menu. Its a pretty tight menu item wise. There's 5 dishes in all. There's a crab cake appetizer, a pork chop plate, habanero pasta, a blackened tilapia and a strawberry icebox cake. This new menu really brings the heat (except for the crab cakes if you cant handle it.) EASC's favorite dishes were the crab cakes and the pasta. It may be the hottest pasta dish in Southern California (if you know a hotter one let us know) with habanero in the cream sauce. But yes try the pasta and let us know what you think!
