The Inland Empire is not know for artisan food. But with N7 Creamery now open in Victoria Gardens maybe its on its way. N7 is a pretty unique ice cream shop. Its one of a handful in California that are making ice cream with liquid nitrogen but they go even beyond that. N7 has made a commitment to try and control every part of the process that goes into making anything in the shop. The flour that makes the baked goods is organic and GMO free. The milk they use is from a farm that abides by their standards and they actually have a expensive process simply to produce their own ice cream base. But how does it taste? Its a very clean rich ice cream. As of now the owner admits the flavors are very plain. With flavors like chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry no one is going to ask whats in it. They will be getting new flavors as people learn about the shop and trust them. A friend who has never had nitro made ice cream declared her chocolate strawberry the best ice cream she has ever had. I suggest trying the strawberry myself. Let us know what you think when you go.
