Gelateria Uli maybe the best dessert you can get in DTLA thats Italian. Owner Uli Nasibova has trained with a gelato expert before she decided to open her gelato shop in the Spring Street Arcade the first of many new restaurants that will soon be opening in the building (Guisados Tacos anyone?). With flavors like bee pollen, poblano, and saffron this is not your old school gelato shop. But Nasibova knows the importance of tradition and keeps things like her pistachio gelato made with Italian pistachos. I would suggest trying the blackberry sorbet and the pistachio gelato they are fantastic.
