Chef Gilberto Cetina Releases His New Cookbook Sabores Yucatecos…Un Recorrido Culinario Por Yucatan

 Chef Gilberto Cetina is a LA  gem. Hes one of food critic Jonathan Gold's favorite chefs in the city. Hes built his restaurant Chichén Itzá near USC into a spot that not only serves tasty innovative cuisine but has a real concern for the health issues of the surrounding community. The book covers all kinds of recipes from the Yucatan area of Mexico. Fans of  Chichén Itzá will be happy to find its famous Cochinita Pibil (roasted pork recipe from Yucatan) recipe. It also includes sections on sauces, meats, etc. The Chef is working on a healthy cookbook with a doctor so expect to see more from Chef  Cetina soon!
